Access Point

Bioinformatics students have access to a compute lab equipped specifically for machine learning and data mining applications in bioinformatics. Details (in German) can be found here.

BIM Compute Cluster

The BIM (Bioinformatics Initiative Munich) compute cluster is a high performance Linux cluster for the joint study program bioinformatics offered by LMU and TUM. Details can be found here.
